I am so for you on this one....we are artists...we need time in front of canvas and/or paper...not the screen. I am a member of all the same places...or should I call them time sponges.... but choose to post only essentials...and tweeting is usually forgotten. Hi all. Thanks for the nice comments. I've been so much more productive just by cutting my computer time in half. It's almost like a big weight lifted.

Laurel, yes I made it to the conference this year. I missed seeing you there! It will be in DC again next year; hope you can go. Like the oils more and more, just wish the learning curve weren't so big! Each time I go from w/c to oils I have to untrain my brain. How're things with you?

You’re too funny and I SOOOO identify!! I don't get Twitter or Facebook and only joined by literally being 'forced' to because of the Challenge site. I never read anyone’s tweets or messages. I don’t even go to read my own messages! I KNOW!! I’m really awful.

To me, it’s like a big cyber mind meld. And I’ve got to tell you-There’s only have room for me in this cranium. I’m more than enough to deal with.

I don't blame you, Peggi. I find I can spend hours on the computer and not realize how much time went by. Then I remind myself of all the things I should have done instead. I think you are smart to step back and reflect. We will all still be here. :-)

I'm glad your catching up with life. I so know what you mean about computer time. I joined Twitter about a month ago and I'm still wondering why anyone would care what I'm doing at a given moment. I don't even Twitter everyday because I'm not that exciting...lol! My friends are trying to get me on Facebook but I won't bite!
